Love the title which is so strong and visual. Just the words ‘madder root’ whether one knows it, or not, have an effect with their sound.

Thank you, Margo. Someday, I’d like to try dyeing something with madder root. I have an herb book that has dye recipes, but madder root is a zone 6 plant. Montana is zone 4.
