adhering steadfastly, until it rises as bitter resentment
and colors every move you make
rip it open
before you forget how to smile

This poem reads suspiciously like the effect that jealousy has had on me in the past. Good cathartic writing.

Writing a poem is a good way to deal with the grudge (and accomplishes something positive). Plus we will never tell!
