half a whirl waking

Pebbles of awareness dot inky moments of waking
while dreams’ immeasurable span of images
erode beneath sleep’s steep bend.

With only six of The Sunday Whirl‘s wordle words, I wrote to half a whirl.

  1. Sometimes short poems are the best!
I’ve had some dreams that I’m more than glad to wake up from, but there have been a few that I’ve been sad to see erode.

  2. Two things annoying here Brenda. One is the utmost ease that you conquered the word list and the other is the reminder of dreams unable to be recalled on waking. p.s. the first is of course high praise!
